본 연구의 목적은 진로교육을 위한 청소년 기업가정신 측정도구를 개발하는 것이다. 먼저 선행연구 검토를 통해 예비요인과 문항을 도출하였으며, 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 내용타당도를 검증하고, 안면타당도 검증을 통해 예비요인과 문항을 수정하였다. 다음으로 200명의 청소년을 대상으로 한 설문을 통해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 수정 후 517명의 청소년을 대상으로 한 설문을 통해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 최종적으로 ‘자기유능감’, ‘자기주도성’, ‘성장의지’, ‘도전정신’, ‘혁신적사고’, ‘협업능력’, ‘문제해결’의 7개의 하위 요인과 31개의 문항을 도출하였으며, 개념타당도, 수렴타당도, 판별타당도를 검증하였다. 신뢰도 분석 결과 각 요인의 Cronbach’s α는 최소 .781에서 최대 .868로 나타났다. 추가적으로 청소년들이 직접 활용할 수 있는 진단지를 디자인하여 완성하였다. 본 연구는 청소년의 진로교육에 활용 가능한 실질적인 측정도구를 개발했다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 추가적인 후속 연구의 방향에 대하여 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop a youth entrepreneurship scale for youth career education. First, preliminary factors and items were derived through a review of previous research, and those were modified through content validity verification by expert Delphi survey and face validity verification. Next, exploratory factor analysis was conducted on 200 responses, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on 517 responses after modification. In conclusion, seven sub-factors (self-efficacy, self-direction, willingness to grow, challenge spirit, innovative thinking, collaborative ability, and problem-solving) and 31 items were derived, and conceptual validity, convergence validity, and discriminant validity were verified. As a result of reliability analysis, Cronbach's α of each factor was from a minimum of .781 to a maximum of .868. In addition, this study has designed and completed a diagnostic paper that youth can use directly. This study is significant in that it has developed a practical scale that can be used for youth career education, and suggested the direction of additional follow-up research.
