본 연구는 체육교사의 테크놀로지 활용태도 및 내용교수지식(TPACK)이 교수 자신감에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 테크놀로지 내용교수지식의 매개효과를 확인해보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 부산 및 경남 지역 중등학교에 재직 중인 체육교사 266명의 설문자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 체육교사의 테크놀로지 활용태도는 테크놀로지 내용교수지식의 하위 요인인 TK, TCK, TPK, TPACK 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 체육교사의 테크놀로지 내용교수지식의 하위 요인인 TK와 TCK는 기술적 자신감, 인간적 자신감, 심리적 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, TPK는 인간적 자신감과 심리적 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 체육교사의 테크놀로지 활용태도는 체육교수 자신감의 하위 요인인 기술적 자신감, 인간적 자신감, 심리적 자신감 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 체육교사의 테크놀로지 활용태도와 교수 자신감의 관계에서 테크놀로지 내용교수지식은 완전 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 체육교사의 테크놀로지 활용태도에 대한 긍정적 인식의 필요성과 테크놀로지 내용교수지식(TPACK) 역량 강화의 필요성 등을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 신장하기 위해 다양한 교과 모임 공동체의 참여, 예비교사 및 현직교사 대상 연수 등의 교사교육 프로그램의 방향성에 대해 확인해볼 수 있었다. 또한, 학교 및 교육청 차원에서 교사들의 테크놀로지와 관련된 지식을 함양할 수 있는 다양한 수업 사례 제공, 교육 프로그램 및 매뉴얼 개발 등의 노력이 요구됨을 확인할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the physical education teachers’ technological utilization attitude and technological pedagogical and content knowledge (TPACK) on their teaching confidence and to investigate the mediating effect of TPACK. In order to achieve this research purpose, the following conclusions were drawn as a result of analyzing the survey data from 266 physical education teachers working at secondary schools in Busan and Gyeongnam using the convenience sampling method. First, the physical education teachers' attitudes towards the use technology had a significant effect on all sub-factors of technological pedagogical and content knowledge, technological knowledge, technological content knowledge, technological pedagogical knowledge and technological pedagogical content knowledge. Second, the TK and TCK, which are sub-factors of technological pedagogical and content knowledge of physical education teachers, had a significant effect on technical confidence, interpersonal confidence and psychological confidence, and the TPK had a significant effect on interpersonal confidence and psychological confidence. Third, the physical education teachers' attitudes towards the use technology affects all of the sub-factors of physical education professor confidence, interpersonal confidence and psychological confidence. Fourth, it was found that technological pedagogical and content knowledge had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between physical education teachers' attitude towards the use technology and teaching confidence. Based on these results, it was possible to confirm the necessity of positive perception of physical education teachers' technology utilization attitude and strengthening their TPACK capabilities. To enhance this, it was possible to confirm the direction of teacher education programs such as participation of various curriculum groups and training for pre-service teachers and current teachers. In addition, it was confirmed that efforts such as providing various class cases and developing educational programs and manuals to cultivate knowledge related to technology of teachers were required at the level of schools and education offices.
