일반적으로 어떤 문제든 한 사람의 노력으로 해결하기 어렵다. 그렇기 때문에 집단행동은 오늘처럼 문제가 거대해지고 복잡해질수록 더욱 크게 요구되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 집단행동은 더욱 파당적이고 파괴적으로 나아가고 있으며, 관련 연구 또한 전혀 생산적인 방향을 제시하고 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 과학적(인문사회과학 포함) 연구전통에서 무엇이 문제인가를 이론적 담론으로 분석하고 있다. 그런 분석을 토대로 새로운 과학 패러다임과 대안들을 소개하면서, 집단행동이 어떻게 팀 내지 공동체의 효과적인 문제해결 과정으로 나아갈 수 있는가를 밝히고 있다. 그것은 곧 팀워크의 절차기술에 달려있음을 밝혀내고, 그 기술을 구성하는 기본문법을 제시하고 있다.
It is quite difficult for one single person to solve a problem, individual or collective, that troubles life. Group behavior is usually demanded to tackle it. However, a group or any size of an aggregate is likely to be divided over (given) solutions, which entails persuasive efforts, conflicts, and wars. Group or collectivity studies have not suggested a constructive way of operating the group or collectivity for problem solving. This failure seems to be closely related to the traditional paradigm of science that is focused on puzzle solving, body (or entity), and decision making. This paper introduces a new perspective of science that is focused on constructive problem solving, behavioral process, teamwork, and procedural technology. Finally, this paper suggests the basic grammar for realizing teamwork, related to innovative problem solving, in the research group, the team, or the community.
