아노미란 사회에 마땅한 규범이 존재하지 않거나, 규범이 제대로 작용하지 않아 사회에 큰혼란이 야기된 상태를 말한다. 사회의 아노미 수준에 대한 인식은 곧 사회질서에 대한 인식과맞닿아 있어 개인의 준법의사와도 관계를 갖는다. 따라서 이 연구는 개인의 아노미인식이 준법의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 수행되었다. 아노미인식은 사회구조 해체에 대한인식과 지도력해체에 대한 인식으로 구분하여 준법의사에 미치는 영향을 각각 확인하였다. 분석결과 독립변수 중 지도력 해체에 대한 인식은 준법의사에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 사회구조 해체에 대한 인식은 높은 수준에서 준법의사에 미치는 영향력을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 사회구조 해체에 대한 인식이 공공선을 기반으로 행해지는 사회의 다양한 모습들을 측정하고있음을 감안한다면, 사회해체에 대한 전반적인 인식이 개인의 준법의사에 부정적인 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 안정적인 사회를 구축하기 위해서는 구성원들이 공유하고 있는 사회규범을 재확인함으로써구성원의 결속력을 강화해야만 한다. 다원화된 사회일수록 사회유대를 기반으로 규범들이 현대사회에 확고부동하게 남아있어야 한다. 변해가는 사회에 맞추어 새롭게 등장하고 있는 제도들을 현실적 여건에 맞게 정착시켜야 할 것이며 새로이 부상되는 사회의 문제들도 바람직하게해결해나가야 한다. 이후의 연구에서는 아노미 인식 변수가 보다 체계적으로 활용되어 준법의사를 제외한 다른 변수들과의 관계까지도 규명할 수 있기를 기대한다.
Anomie refers to a state in which there is no suitable norm in society or the norm does not work properly, causing great confusion in society. The perception of the level of anomie in society means the perception of the rule of law, so it has a relationship with an individual's compliance with law. Therefore, this study was conducted to confirm how individual anomie perception affects compliance with law. Anomie recognition was divided into perception of breakdown of social fabric and breakdown of leadership, and the effect on compliance with law was confirmed respectively. As a result, the influence of perception of breakdown of social fabric on compliance with law was statistically significantly verified. Based on this, it can be seen that the aspect of social life that has not been cultivated for public good negatively affects the compliance with the law. In order to build a stable society, it is necessary to strengthen the solidarity of members by reaffirming the social norms shared by members. The more diverse a society is, the more firmly norms should remain in modern society based on social ties. In line with the changing society, the newly emerging systems should be settled in accordance with realistic conditions, and the problems of the newly emerging society should be solved in a desirable way.
