A highly retardant building material with high environmental performance was fabricated and evaluated using Hwangoth and lightweight porous materials such as expanded perlite and expanded perlite for 3D printing construction. It was confirmed that the density can be reduced by up to 70% when the weight ratio of 10% is mixed through the mixing of lightweight materials. The decrease in density resulted in a significant reduction in heat capacity. Up to 83% of the heat capacity was reduced. In the case of thermal conductivity, up to 58% is reduced, and it is judged that the insulation performance can be more than doubled by mixing with a weight ratio of 10%. In the case of flame retardant performance, it was confirmed that the grade of semi-incombustible building materials could be satisfied in all cases. In the case of total heat release, up to 94% was reduced with the blend of lightweight materials. It is judged that the Hwangtoh-based composite material derived through this study can be used as a high-performance material to prevent the spread of fire.
