本研究は日本で就職を希望する希望者に対し成功的な授業の提供を試みた研究である。授業指導の方案として戦略的な授業モデルを設計しオーダーメードの授業を実行してみた。その結果、非常に効果的であったことが分かった。そして日本での就職という成果を得ることができた。本研究で提案した個別化授業モデルは教授者側が学習者の日本語習得に関する全般的な事前把握が必要である、これを踏まえて、学習者にアンケートを行い、事前調査および分析が行われた。各学習者に適用したコースデザインは毎時間学習者と教授者のフィードバックを活発化させ、サポーターズできた授業である。
This study attempts to provide successful classes for job seekers in Japan. As a teaching method, we designed a strategic teaching model and implemented custom-made classes. The results showed that it was very effective, and participants successfully found a job in Japan. The customized class model proposed in this study requires professors to understand the learners' learning style of Japanese in general. Based on this, a questionnaire was conducted among learners, and preliminary research and analysis were conducted. A course design tailored to each learner encourages feedback from learners and professors every hour and allows supporters to do so.
