본 연구는 차세대영재기업인 교육을 받은 학생들의 종단적인 변화추이를 분석하는데 연구목적이 있다. 2015년 교육생으로 수료한 학생을 대상으로 3년 후인 2018년에진로, 발명, 창업, 특허의 변화 양상을 분석하였다. 수료생 255명중 113명을 대상으로현재 진로현황, 발명, 특허, 창업에 대한 현황을 조사하였다. 진로특성과 관련하여 성인초기에 진입하여 대학에 진학한 비율이 높았고, 발명은 수료 후에 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특허 출원 비율은 재학생시절이 더 높았고, 수료생시절에 출원 비율이낮아졌다. 창업은 지식기반 창업을 원하는 비율이 수료생이 높았다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 차세대영재기업인 교육의 효과를 논하였다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze longitudinal trends of students who are educated as next generation gifted students. In 2018, three years later, students who completed trainees were analyzed the changes in career, invention, start-up, and patent. A total of 113 of 255 graduates were examined about the current status of career, invention, patent, and start-up. In terms of career characteristics, the rate of entering adulthood and entering college was high, and the invention was found to be more after completion. The rate of patent application was higher at the time of enrollment, and the rate of application was lower at the time of completion. Entrepreneurs had a high percentage of those who wanted to start a knowledge-based business. Based on these results, the effects of education, the next generation gifted company, were discussed.
