본 연구에서는 룸메이트 적합도를 중심으로 사관생도의 생활관 만족도에 대한 결정 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 생활관 거주 만족도를 종속변수로 하는 선형 회귀분석을 실시하여 생활관 거주 만족도에 영향을 미치는 독립변수의 효과를 계수의 추정량으로 구하였다. 선형 회귀분석 결과 ‘외향성’, ‘친화성’, ‘취미’, ‘소음유발’, ‘적응’의 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 양의 계수 추정량 값을 나타내었다.
In this study, determinants of the satisfaction of cadets were analyzed focusing on roommate compatibility. To this end, a linear regression analysis was conducted with barrack satisfaction as a dependent variable, and the effect of the independent variable that significantly affects barrack satisfaction was obtained as an estimated amount of coefficient. As a result linear regression analysis, it was found that the factors of 'extraversion', 'agreeableness', 'hobby', 'noise induction', and 'adaptation' showed statistically significant positive coefficient estimates. In addition, as a result of fitting the linear regression model by grade, the 'agreeableness' and 'extraversion' variables commonly showed significantly high positive coefficient estimates for freshmen and sophomores, and the 'examination results' variable showed significantly high negative coefficient estimates for juniors. In the case of seniors, unlike freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, the 'agreeableness' variable was not significant, and the 'personality' and 'values' independent variables corresponding to the 'leadership' factor showed significantly positive coefficient estimates.
