· 연구 주제: 초고령사회를 맞이하여 도시공원을 이용하는 노인의 이용행태를 분석하고, 노인의 관점에서 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하여, 미래지향적인 노인친화공원의 조성기준을 마련하고자 하였다. 노인의 신체적, 인지적 특성을 고려하여 공원 환경을 평가할 수 있는 효과적인 기준을 제시한다. · 연구 배경: 공원은 노인들이 여가활동 및 건강증진을 위해 손쉽게 찾을 수 있는 장소이자 다양한 사회적 활동이 이루어지는 중요한 공간이다. 많은 수요에도 불구하고 노인을 위한 공원은 우리 사회에 자리를 잡지 못하고 있다. 기존의 공원은 젊은 세대를 위한 환경으로 조성되어 있어 노인들이 이용하기에 불편함과 위험 요소들이 존재한다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 기존의 연구는 개인의 특성이 고려되지 않은 채, 이용만족 조사 연구에 그쳤지만 본 연구에서는 노인의 신체적, 정신적 특성을 고려한 실증분석을 실시하여 실제 공원에 적용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. · 연구 방법: 실무자(공무원), 연구원, 교수, 노인학과 교수, 노인복지분야 종사자, 의료업계 전문 인력으로 이루어진 전문가 집단과 만 65세 이상 노인 160명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 두 집단의 중요도 차이와 노인의 공원 이용에 있어, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. · 연구 결과: 전문가와 노인 이용자의 중요도 차이 분석과 노인 이용자의 만족도 조사결과가 반영된 공원 환경평가 항목을 개발하여 효과적인 노인친화공원 조성 가이드라인를 제시하였다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 전문가와 노인 모두를 대상으로 연구하였다는 점과, 노인친화공원에 대한 기준이 부재한 현실에 기준을 제시함으로써 도시공원의 효과적인 조성 및 관리를 위한 계획 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
· Research topics: In the face of an ultra-aged society, the use behavior of the elderly using urban parks was analyzed, factors influencing the satisfaction of use were derived from the perspective of the elderly, and the criteria for creating a future-oriented elderly-friendly park were prepared. It presents effective criteria for evaluating the park environment in consideration of the physical and cognitive characteristics of the elderly. · Research background: Parks are places where the elderly can easily visit for leisure activities and health promotion, and is an important space where various social activities take place. Despite the high demand, parks for the elderly have not established themselves in our society. The existing park is created as an environment for the younger generation, so there are inconveniences and risks for the elderly to use. · Differences from research: Existing studies were only research on usage satisfaction without considering individual characteristics, but this study showed an empirical analysis considering the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly and suggested a plan to be applied to the actual park. · Research method: A survey of 160 senior citizens aged 65 and older was conducted on a group of experts (public servants), researchers, professors, senior citizens, welfare workers, medical professionals, and the factors influencing the difference in importance of the two groups and the elderly's use of the park. · Research results: Effective guidelines for creating an elderly-friendly park were presented by developing park environmental evaluation items that reflect the analysis of the difference in importance between experts and elderly users and the results of the satisfaction survey of elderly users. · Contribution points and expected effects : It is expected to contribute to the establishment of a plan for effective creation and management of urban parks by presenting standards for both experts and the elderly and the lack of standards for elderly-friendly parks.
