우리 사회에서의 고독사는 핵가족화와 같은 현대사회의 구조적 특징상 경제력이나 나이에 상관없이 고독사가 나타나고 있으며 특히 홀로 살다 사망한 무연고자 사망자는 발견 시점이 명확하지 않아 큰 사회적 문제로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 함께 생활하고 있는일상인 공간이 지닌 공간적 가치와 특수성을 정립함에있어 주거공간 고유의 영향요인을 발견하고, 공간의현대적 기술과 문화적 차원의 공존을 통한 고독사와연관된 영향요인 간의 사회적 다양성을 살펴보고자 한다. 관련 현상들을 살펴보기 위해 본 논문에서는 정책적·감정적·환경적 요인을 도출하여 공간의 형성에 관련된 영향요인들의 중요성을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의분석 방법론인 텍스트 마이닝 분석은 공간을 해석함에있어 새로운 가치를 판단하는 새로운 관점이라 할 수있다. 본 논문은 주거공간 및 주거환경과 관련된 융합영향요인 분석을 통해 고독사 문제를 복합적인 관점에서 바라보고자 한다.
Due to the structural characteristics of modern society, such as nuclear familization, lonely death appears regardless of economic power or age, and in particular, the death of an unrelated person living alone is emerging as a major social problem due to the unclear timing of discovery. This study aims to discover the unique influencing factors of residential space in establishing the spatial value and specificity of everyday space living together, and to examine the social diversity among influencing factors related to the lonely death through the coexistence of modern technology and cultural level of space. In this study, policy, emotional, and environmental factors were derived to examine the importance of influencing factors related to space formation. The text mining technique applied as the analysis methodology in this study can be said to be a new value judgment and perspective in interpreting space. This study aims to look at the problem of lonely death from a complex perspective by analyzing convergence influencing factors related to residential space and residential environment.
