[연구목적]본 연구에서는 국내외 대학에서의 SAP ERP를 활용한 프로세스 설계 및 ERP 시스템 개발 관련 교육과정에 대한 사례를 조사하여 기업용 어플리케이션 수업 운영 시 참고할 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. [연구방법]본 연구는 SAP社의 University Alliance Program에 소속된 국내 대학의 SAP ERP 관련 교육과정 운영사례를 조사하였으며, 추가적으로 기존의 관련 연구결과를 검토하였다. 국내 SAP ERP를 도입한 대학 현황과 교육과정에 대하여 자료에 추가하여 사례를 정리하였다. [연구결과]여러 대학의 교육사례를 확인한 결과, 많은 대학들이 ERP의 기능과 기술 위주의 교육으로 진행되고 있음을 확인하였다. ERP 교육과정은 기업의 업무영역과 기술영역을 모두 다룰 수 있어서 일반 교과목과 달리 융복합적인 성격을 갖고 있다. 대부분의 대학에서는 융복합적인 관점에서 ERP 교과목으로 설계 및 운영하기 보다는 특정 학과 또는 단과대학 대상으로 운영하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 개선하기 위해 다양한 전공의 학생들이 융합관점에서 수업에 참여할 수 있도록 하는 제도가 필요하다는 것을 사례를 통해 확인하였다. 또한 기업 경험이 없는 학생들에게 복잡한 기업의 업무 프로세스와 시스템에 대해 설명하기 위해서는 플립러닝 등의 보조프로그램을 통해 지속적인 교육품질의 유지와 교육성과의 개선이 보조를 맞추는 것이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구는 최근 대학에서 실무 중심의 교육과정이 중요해 지면서 각광을 받고 있는 SAP ERP를 중심으로 기업용 어플리케이션의 교육과정을 어떻게 설계하고 도입할 것인지에 대한 가이드를 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 향후 교육과정 설계의 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
[Purpose]This study aims to derive implications for reference when operating corporate application classes by reviewing the curriculum related to business process design and ERP system development using SAP ERP at domestic and foreign universities. [Methodology]This paper studied the cases of SAP ERP－related curriculum operation at domestic universities belonging to SAP’s University Alliance Program, and sufficiently reviewed the results of existing studies. Cases are summarized along with data on the current status of universities and curricula that have introduced SAP ERP in Korea. [Findings]As a result of checking the educational cases of several universities, it was confirmed that many universities are conducting education centering on ERP functions and technologies. Since the ERP curriculum has a convergence character unlike general subjects, it can cover both business and technical areas of the company. Most universities operated for specific departments or colleges rather than designing and operating as an ERP course from a convergent perspective. In order to improve this, it was confirmed through examples that a system in which students from various majors can participate in classes from a convergence point of view is necessary. In addition, to explain complex business processes and systems to students without business experience, the focus should be on continuously maintaining the high quality of education and improving educational performance through auxiliary programs such as flip learning. [Implications]This study is meaningful in that it presented guidelines for the design and introduction of a corporate application curriculum focused on SAP ERP, which has recently been in the spotlight as the importance of practical curriculum in universities has been highlighted. It can be used as a basic data.
