목적 본 연구에서는 대학생들에게 있어서 스펙이 첫 괜찮은 일자리 진입 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 2017년 8월과 2018년 2월에 대학 졸업자를 대상으로 조사한, 2019GOM 자료를 선별하여 200명을 분석 활용하였다. 괜찮은 일자리 진입에 관한 차이를 분석하고자 성, 연령. 부모학력, 전공별에 따른 교차분석을 하였다. 대학생들의 개인특성, 스펙, 대학특성을 독립변인으로, 괜찮은 일자리 진입에 관한 변인은 종속 변인으로 하여 이항로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 개인특성으로는 성별, 부모 학력, 부모의 경제력, 학벌, 학점, 토익성적, 자격증, 연수 활동, 인턴 경험, 전공계열, 학교소재지를선정하였다. 교차분석의 결과로는 전공계열에서 괜찮은 일자리 진입의 차이가 나타났다. 이항로지스틱회귀분석에서는 부모의 경제력이 괜찮은 일자리 진입에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 학생들의 첫 괜찮은 일자리 진입에 있어서 대학에서는 전공별 취업역량 강화교육과, 사교육 비용이 들지 않도록 취업 준비 활동에 적극적 지원 정책을 펼쳐야 한다.
Objectives The purposes of this study were to explore of variables related to influence decent job on university students. Methods The purposes of this study were to analyze the crossover analysis logistic regression analysis among them. Results The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to cross tabulation test and to analyze the influencing factor among them. The result of this study were to difference in major cat of humanities sociology. The result of this study were to influence of income of a parent to decent jog. Conclusions University is to develop a program about career development of student according to major characteristics to the job world. and University is to support finance and program to student to prepare getting a jog.
