최근 코로나 팬데믹과 제4차산업혁명으로 인해 산업간 기술이 복잡해지고 융복합되면서 기업이 스스로 문제 해결을 하기가 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 이에 각 분야의 컨설팅에 대한 필요성과 영향력이 높아지고 있으며, 성공적인 컨설팅 프로젝트를 완성하기 위해서는컨설턴트의 역량, 수진기업의 환경과 함께 컨설팅 각 구성원의 상호 협력 또한 중요하다 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 컨설턴트의 역량과 수진기업 환경이 상호 간 협력의 강도를 통해 컨설팅 프로젝트의 완성도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 설문조사는 전문 리서치 회사의 온라인을 이용하여 컨설팅을 받아 본 경험이 있는 20세 이상 직장인을 상자 선정했으며, 총 465건을 SPSS 25와 Smart PLS 3.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석방법으로 연구가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과 첫째, 컨설턴트의 역량인 컨설턴트의전문성이 협력의 강도에 유의한 영향을 주며, 컨설턴트의 신뢰성이 협력의 강도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설팅수진기업 환경인 경영자의 지원이 협력의 강도에 유의한 영향을 주며, 동기부여가 협력의 강도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 협력의 강도는 프로젝트에 완성도(일정 및 예산)와 프로젝트에 완성도(목표달성)에 모두 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 컨설팅 프로젝트의 완성도를 높이기 위해서는 컨설턴트와 수진기업과의 협력의 강도를 높이는 것이 필요하겠다.
Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and the 4th industrial revolution, inter-industry technologies have become complex and converged, making it more difficult for companies to solve problems on their own. As a result, the need for and influence of consulting in each field is increasing. In order to complete a successful consulting project, mutual cooperation of each consulting member is also important along with the competence of the consultant and the environment of the receiving companies. n this study, we empirically analyzed the influence of the competence of the consultant and the environment of the receiving company on the degree of completion of the consulting project through the intensity of mutual cooperation. For the survey, office workers aged 20 or older who had experience in receiving consulting online from a professional research company were selected as boxes, and a total of 465 cases were analyzed using the SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3.0 programs to analyze the research hypothesis using the structural equation model. verified. As a result of the verification, first, it was found that the consultant's expertise, which is the competence of the consultant, has a significant effect on the intensity of cooperation, and the reliability of the consultant has a significant effect on the intensity of cooperation. Second, it was found that the manager's support, which is a consulting firm environment, has a significant effect on the intensity of cooperation, and motivation has a significant effect on the intensity of cooperation. Third, the intensity of cooperation was found to have a significant effect on both project completion (schedule and budget) and project completion (goal achievement). In order to enhance the completeness of the consulting project, it is necessary to increase the intensity of cooperation between the consultant and the receiving companies.
