이 논문은 2010년대 이후에 발표된 부동산 소설을 통해 젠더화된 투기의 양상을 보여주는 중산층 주체와 투기가 일상화된 삶에 대응하는 청년 주체들의 모습을 살펴보고 의미를 찾아보려 했다. 투기 자본주의와 도시지리학을 경유하여 여성 투기 주체와 숨은 남성 공모자, 적극적 남성 투기 주체들을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 삼자가 서로의 거울쌍임을 분석하고 이 사회가 주택장 안에서 어떻게 젠더 규범을 나누는지를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 그리고 신계급 질서와 젠더지리학을 통해 프레카리아트 청년 주체들이 부동산 투기에 뛰어들기를 종용하는 체제의 명령에 나름의 대항 방식을 구사하고 있음을 규명하려 했다. 이를 통해 부동산 투기를 종용하고 자가 소유를 정상적 삶의 전제조건으로 상정하는 현 한국 사회의 모습을 비판적으로 바라보고, 강력한 사회 구조를 내파할 방법으로써 문학적 상상력이 구상할 수 있는 대안 방향을 가늠하려 한다.
Through real estate novels published after the 2010s, this paper tried to find meaning by examining the middle class subjects that show the pattern of genderized speculation and young subjects who respond to the daily life of speculation. Through speculative capitalism and urban geography, female speculative subjects, hidden male conspirators, and active male speculative subjects were examined. Through this, it was possible to analyze that the three are mirror pairs of each other and to examine how the society divides gender norms in housing estates. And through the new-class order and gender geography, we tried to find out that Precariats' young actors are using their own counter-measures to the order of the system urging them to jump into real estate speculation. This, we will critically look at the current Korean society, which encourages real estate speculation and assumes self-ownership as a prerequisite for normal life, and try to estimate the alternative direction that literary imagination can envision as a way to break down a strong social structure.
