프랑스국립도서관 소장본(‘파리본’) ≪능엄경≫에 기입된 구결에서는 한문 원문을 한국어로 해석하는 순서, 즉 한국어 어순을 표시하기 위해 점과숫자를 이용하여 원문의 한자에 번호를 달아 놓았다. 여기서는 어순 번호를매길 때 한문을 위에서 아래로 읽는 경우에는 같은 번호를 매기고, 아래에서위로 올라가며 읽는 경우에는 번호를 하나씩 더하는 낯선 방식을 전면적으로 적용하였다. 또한 이 자료는 점과 숫자를 이용한 기본적인 어순 표시와 더불어 동사나 목적어에 다양한 유형의 기호를 추가로 기입하였다. 유형Ⅰ은 동사에 ‘下’나 ‘末’을 기입하고, 유형Ⅱ는 동사와 목적어에 각각 ‘下’와 ‘下’, ‘下’와 ‘上’, ‘下’와 ‘동사’, ‘末’과‘末’, ‘’와 ‘’ 등을 짝지어 기입하고, 유형Ⅲ은 목적어에 동사를 직접 기입하였다. 이때 유형Ⅱ와 Ⅲ의 목적어 안에서는 (한국어에서) ‘마지막으로 읽는 글자’ 또는 (한문에서) ‘마지막에 놓이는 글자’에 어순 표시 기호를 기입하였는데, 후자의비율이 더 높았다. 이와 같은 파리본 ≪능엄경≫의 어순 표시는 법응본 ≪법화경≫, 원각사본≪능엄경≫ 등 지금까지 연구된 다른 구결 자료에서 관찰된 것과 커다란 차이를보인다. 앞으로 아직 연구되지 않은 자료의 데이터를 더하여 구결에 반영된 한국어 어순 표시의 전모가 밝혀지기를 기대한다.
In Śūraṅgama Sūtra ( 楞嚴經 ) in the collection of Bibliothèque nationale de France(BnF), the word order numbers are indicated using dots and numbers so that the original text in Chinese can be read in Korean word order. Here, when reading Chinese characters from top to bottom, the same number is assigned, and when reading from bottom to top, the word order is numbered in such a way that the numbers are added one by one. In addition to the basic word order marking using dots and numbers, various types of symbols are added to verbs and objects in this material. In Type I, ' 下 ' or ' 末 ' is added to the verb. And in Type II, various symbols such as ' 下 ' and ' 下 ', ' 下 ' and ' 上 ', ' 下 ' and 'Verb', ' 末 ' and ' 末 ', '' and '' were written in combination for the verb and object respectively. And in Type III, the verb was written directly into the object. And, within the objects of Types II and III, word order symbols were added to ‘last read character’ (in Korean) or ‘last layed character’ (in Chinese characters). Such a word order marking in Śūraṅgama Sūtra( 楞嚴經 ) in the collection of BnF has not been seen in kugyol materials investigated so far. It is necessary to reveal the full picture of Korean word order marking system by adding data from other kugyol materials that have not yet been investigated.
