This study was attempted to investigate the effect of line dance club participation commitment on stress and psychological happiness. As of 2022, 235 research participants working as line dance club members in Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam were used as survey tools. As a result of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. It was determined based on 05. First, it was found that the cognitive commitment factor and the behavioral commitment factor, which are sub-variables of the participation commitment of line dance club members, had a positive (+) correlation only in physical stress, and participation commitment did not exert a significant influence on stress. Second, the cognitive commitment factor and behavioral commitment factor, which are the sub-variables of the participation commitment of line dance club members, had a positive (+) effect on psychological happiness. Third, the psychological stress and physical stress of the stress variables of line dance club members had a negative (-) effect on psychological happiness.
