연구 목적: 본 연구는 시각장애인의 중요한 직업재활 방법 중 하나인 안마원의 매출과 고객 수에 지원금 활용, 창업교육, 전문가 도움, 안마 바우처, 고객 관리 프로그램 등의 지원 전략이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 연구 방법: 전국 소재 시각장애인 안마원 218개소를 대상으로 실시한 실태조사 결과를 2차 분석하였다. 종속변수로 매출액, 영업이익, 작년 대비 매축액과 고객 수를 설정하고 독립변수로 지원금 활용, 창업교육, 전문가 도움, 안마 바우처 운영, 고객 관리 프로그램을 설정하였다. 설정한 변수들 간 통계적 유의성을 확인하기 위해 회귀분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하였다, 연구 결과: 첫째, 안마 바우처 이용과 고객 관리 프로그램이 매출액과 영업 이익에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 안마 바우처 이용이 작년 대비 매출액과 작년 대미 고객 수에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 결론: 분석 결과를 토대로 안마업의 특성을 고려한 국가 차원의 실태조사와 맞춤형 지원 방안 그리고 시각장애인 직업재활의 다차원적인 접근을 제언하였다.
Purpose: This study found how the use of support strategies such as support funds, entrepreneurship training, expert help, massage vouchers, and customer management programs, affect sales and the number of customers of massage parlors, which are one of the important vocational rehabilitation methods for the visually impaired. Method: A secondary analysis was conducted on the results of a fact-finding survey conducted on 218 massage parlors for the visually impaired nationwide. Total sales, operating profit, the sales compared to the previous year, and the number of customers were set as dependent variables, and use of support funds, start-up training, expert help, massage voucher operation, and customer management programs were set as independent variables. Regression analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to confirm statistical significance between the set variables. Results: First, massage voucher use and customer management programs had a positive effect on total sales and operating profit. Second, the use of massage vouchers had a positive effect on sales compared to last year and the number of customers in the US last year. Conclusion: Based on the analysis results, a fact-finding survey at the national level considering the characteristics of the massage industry, a customized support plan and a multidimensional approach to vocational rehabilitation for the visually impaired were suggested.
