본 연구의 목적은 장애인을 고용한 사회적기업 고용주의 장애인 고용 현황에 대한 인식과요구를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 장애인 근로자를 고용하고 있는 전라북도 A군 소재지의4개 사회적기업을 선정하여, 고용주를 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 면담 내용은 연속적비교분석법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 4개의 대주제와 14개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 대주제는 장애인을 고용한 사회적기업의 운영 현황, 사회적 가치 실현을 위한 노력, 장애인을 고용한 사회적기업이 갖는 어려움, 장애인 근로자 고용 안정과 확대를 위한 사회적기업의 요구이며, 주제별로 3∼5개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구에서는 장애인 고용 사회적기업의 현황, 고용주의 인식과 요구를 면밀히 분석하였고, 향후 장애인 근로자의 고용 안정과확대를 위한 논의를 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 고용 사회적기업의 확대를 위해서는 지역 내 사회적기업, 학교, 가족 등과의 협력 체계가 구축되어야 한다. 둘째, 장애인 고용 안정과 확대를 위해 사회적기업에 관한 실제적인 향후 연구가 필요하다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions and needs of employers of social enterprise employing people and disabilities. A total of 4 employers of social enterprises that employed people with disabilities in a A city of Jeollabuk-do were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted. The interview contents were analyzed using a continuous comparative analysis method. As a results of this study, 4 themes and 14 sub-themes were derived. The main themes were the current status of operation of social enterprises employing people with disabilities, the efforts to realize social values, the difficulties faced by social enterprises, and the needs for stabilizing and expanding employment of people with disabilities. Three to five sub-themes were derived for each theme. This study thoroughly analyzed the current status of social enterprise employing people with disabilities, and the perceptions and needs of employers. Discussions for future employment stability and expansion of workers with disabilities were as follows. First, a cooperative system with local social enterprises, schools, and families should be established in order to expand social enterprises employing people with disabilities. Second, practical future research on social enterprises is needed to stabilize and expand employment of people with disabilities.
