연구 목적: 본 연구는 성인초기 미혼남녀가 지각한 헬리콥터 부모역할이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 기본심리 욕구와 그릿의 이중 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 연구를 위해 성인초기 미혼남녀 460명을 대상으로 질문지를 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 헬리콥터 부모역할 지각은 기본심리 욕구와 그릿을 매개하여 삶의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 헬리콥터 부모역할 지각은 기본심리 욕구와 그릿을 통해 삶의 만족도에 이중 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 이러한 결과를 통해 성인초기 삶의 만족감을 향상시킬 실천적 함의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to verify the double mediating effect of basic psychological needs and grit on the role of helicopter parents perceived by unmarried men and women in early adulthood on life satisfaction. For this study, a questionnaire was conducted on 460 unmarried men and women in the early adulthood. First, helicopter parental role perception directly affected life satisfaction by mediating basic psychological needs and grit. Second, it was found that helicopter parental role perception has a double mediating effect on life satisfaction through basic psychological needs and grits. Through these results, practical implications to improve the life satisfaction in the early stages of adulthood and suggestions for follow-up research were presented.
