연구 목적: 이 연구는 마을공동체 교육에 참여한 여성마을활동가의 경험을 토대로 교육운영 개선 방향을 탐색함으로써 마을활동가 교육지원 정책의 방향성 수립에 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 이 연구는 사례연구 방법을 활용하여 마을활동가 아카데미에 참여한 경력 여성마을활동가 30명 대상의 심층 면담과 문헌조사를 통해 자료를 생성하고 분석했다. 연구 내용: 연구 결과 여성마을활동가들은 ‘동 단위 마을공동체 교육운영 체계 구축’과 ‘마을공동체 교육 경험이 마을 활동과 일로 연계되는 체계적인 주민성장 설계’를 원했으며, ‘삶터 기반의 마을공동체 생태계 조성을 위한 협력적 거버넌스 역량 강화’를 제시했다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 마을공동체 활동의 핵심 주체로 등장한 경력 여성마을활동가의 현장 경험을 토대로 도출된 결과라는 점에서 주민참여 기반의 다양한 지역재생 정책에서 여성활동가 육성과 활용을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was aimed to provide implications about what policy to support the education of village activists should pursue by exploring how to improve the operation of education grounded on the experiences of female village activists who joined in the education of the village community. This researcher adopted the case study method. In-depth interviews were conducted on 30 female village activists who had experience in attending the academy of village activists. Also, literatures were reviewed. The data generated in that way went through analysis. The study contents of female village activists wished for ‘establishing a Dong-unit operation system for the education of the village community’ and ‘systematically designing the growth of residents through connection between the educational experiences of the village community and village activities and work’ and suggested strengthening cooperative governance capabilities to create a village community ecosystem based on living areas. The results and suggestions of this study of findings were drawn from the field experiences of experienced female village activists who emerged as a key player in the activities of the village community, they can be used as basic data to foster and utilize female activists in various resident participation-based regional regeneration policies.
