연구 목적: 이 연구는 학부모가 지각한 보육교사 이미지가 의사소통 어려움에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 완충 요인으로 어린이집 원장 감성리더십의 조절 효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 연구 대상은 J지역에 위치한 7개의 어린이집 학부모 202명으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료가 최종 통계분석에 사용되었다. 연구 내용: 연구 결과는 첫째, 학부모가 지각한 보육교사 이미지와 의사소통 어려움과의 관계에서 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 보육교사의 이미지와 의사소통 어려움의 관계에서 원장의 감성리더십이 조절하는 요인으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 이에 본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 감성리더십은 학부모 교사 간 의사소통에 영향을 미침으로써 원장의 리더십 향상을 도모하는 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
The study examines the impact of parents’ perceived image of a childcare teacher on communication difficulties and identifies the modulating effect of childcare ledger emotional leadership as a buffering factor. The study subjects surveyed 202 parents of 7 nurseries in Area J and the collected data was used for the final statistical analysis. The findings showed, firstly, that there was a significant talisman correlation between the parent’s perceived image of the childcare teacher and the relationship between communication difficulties, and secondly, the emotional leadership of the ledger was a regulating factor in the relationship between the image of the childcare teacher and communication difficulties. Accordingly, this study is believed to be a basis for improving the leadership of the ledger by influencing the emotional leadership of the childcare director by influencing the communication between parents and teachers.
