연구 목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 임상 의사결정능력이 임상 추론 역량에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구 방법: 연구 대상자는 광주광역시 소재 2개의 대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 177명이며, 자료는 2022년 8월부터 9월까지 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성과 독립변수인 비판적 사고 성향, 임상 의사결정능력을 투입한 회귀모형은 유의하였으며 변수의 설명력은 30.4%로 나타났으며, 비판적 사고 성향과 임상 의사결정능력은 임상 추론 역량에 대한 설명력을 갖는 변수임을 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상 추론 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 비판적 사고 성향과 임상 의사결정능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 내용 및 교수학습법을 모색해야 할 것으로 생각된다.
This study was performed to indentify factors influencing clinical reasoning competence. Participants were 177 students attending two university in Gwangju, Korea. From August to September, 2022, data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with IBM SPSS win ver 28.0 program. Participants' general characterictics, critical thinking disposition, and clinical descision ability explained 30.4% of variance on clinical reasoning competence. Based on the results of this study, in order to strengthen the clinical reasoning competency of nursing students, it is thought that educational method can improve critical thinking disposition and clinical decision making abilities should be sought.
