연구 목적: 이 연구는 일개 지역의 의과대학에서 시행하고 있는 임상실습 교육과정에 대한 교육수요자의 요구도를 분석하고, 임상실습 교육과정의 질 관리 및 개선을 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 일개 의과대학의 의학과 3학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수정된 중요도-만족도 분석 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 통계프로그램은 SPSS 27.0K를 이용하였다. 연구 내용: 교수자역할에서 실습담당전공의의 실습지도에 대한 낮은 관심과 학생들의 케이스발표에 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학생평가에서는 평가에 대한 공정성 및 신뢰성의 문제가 제기되었으며, 실습자원 및 환경에서는 실습 기구 및 비품에 대한 개선을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. CPX 및 OSCE에서는 실제 진료 과정을 익히는 데는 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 임상실습 교육과정의 질 관리 및 개선을 위해 실습일정이나 교육 내용 등의 교육과정 개선, 임상실습과 관련된 예산의 재검토, 학생평가의 공정성과 신뢰성 제고를 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 임상실습 교육과정의 질 관리 및 개선을 위한 지속적인 노력이 요청된다
This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the demand of student for the clinical clerkship curriculum conducted by medical schools and for managing and improving the quality of the clinical clerkship curriculum. A survey was conducted targeting 3rd medical students and analyzed using the modified Importance-Performance Analysis. The statistical program used SPSS 27.0K. As a result, it was found that the interest in the clinical clerkship guidance of resident in the role of the instructor was low, and the students had difficulties in presenting the case. In the students evaluation, the issue of fairness and reliability of evaluation was raised, and in resources and environment, it was found that there was appears to require improvement of practice equipment and fixtures. In CPX and OSCE, it was found that it was difficult to learn the actual treatment process. In order to manage and improve the quality of the clinical clerkship curriculum, it is necessary to improve the curriculum, such as the training schedule and contents, review the budget related to clinical practice, and improve the fairness and reliability of student evaluation. Based on these results, continuous efforts are required to manage and improve the quality of the clinical clerkship curriculum.
