The traditional use of a Bill of Lading is for the carrier to present the original Bill of Lading issued by the carrier and in return the carrier delivers the goods to the consignee. However, with the development of international transport, communication and multimodal transport becoming the mainstream of international trade transport, OBLS has been used as a delivery method in Asia and the transport document called SWB is widely used internationally. As a result, the traditional bill of lading has been losing its function. In this study, under what preconditions the carriers are using OBLS processing and SWB issuance, and what percentage of the total Bill of Lading issuance is used through questionnaires, and how the consignee takes over the cargo without the original Bill of Lading by analyzing it We would like to check the latest trends in Obviously, since the use of OBLS has no legal basis, it is important to understand the problems that may arise when the carrier and the shipper use it, and especially in container multimodal transport, the OBLS processing of Order Bill of Lading may pose risks to the parties involved. Therefore, while suggesting the use of SWB as an alternative, it is suggested as a way to reduce the use of OBLS for the carriers to encourage the use of SWB to the shipper
