러시아 우크라이나 전쟁은 전면전이 여전히 인류역사에서 사라지지 않았음을 가르쳐준 충격적인 사건이었다. 러시아의 침공과 전쟁범죄를 비난하는 국제사회의 여론이 거셌으며, 국제질서에 미친 영향에 대해서 전세계가 주목하게 되었다. 전쟁이 진행되면서 러시아의 전쟁 수행 능력과 방식에 대하여 전세계 언론은 실시간으로 보도하였으며, 러시아의 패배를 기원하는 국제사회의 염원과 함께 부정적인 평가가 대부분이었다. 본 논문은 러시아 우크라이나 전쟁을 기존의 분석된 방식이 아닌 러시아 전략 사상과 전략문화, 전쟁수행방식의 특성의 관점에서 새로운 해석을 시도하였으며, 이를 통하여 다양한 과점을 소개하고자 하였다. 또한 러시아 우크라이나 전쟁이 한반도에 주는 정책적 함의를 도출하여 정책제언으로 제시하였다.
The Russian Ukraine War has been a shock to the world and let people know that a total war is not ended in human history. International Community and Media focus Russia's responsibility for a war like casualties, victims and war crimes. Aspect and course of the war has been in world media every day and reviews on Russian way of war has been negative. This paper introduces different interpretation of the war based on Russian strategic thoughts and culture and contributes diverse perspective on a way of war and a strategic culture war. This paper include policy implications for the Republic of Korea from the Russian Ukraine War and changes of international security environment.
