본 연구는 전라북도 원불교인들의 신앙경험의 특성과 적응 과정을 탐색하고 복음주의 선교 전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역 원불교인들 50명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였고, 전문가 6명의 타당도 검사를 거쳐 설문지를 완성하였다. 최종 보완한 설문지를 가지고 20명을 인터뷰하여 질적 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원불교인들의 신앙경험 과정의 구조를 밝히기 위해 질적 연구인 근거 이론 방법으로 분석한 결과, 최종적으로 115개의 개념과 41개의 하위범주, 23개의 범주를 도출하여 패러다임 모형이 도출되었다. 둘째, 원불교인들의 신앙경험 연구에 따른 복음주의 선교전략은 일 대 일 관계 접촉점을 통한 선교, 어려움과 상처를 돌보고 치유하는 사랑의 선교, 원불교의 교리 ‘일원상’을 접촉점으로 하는 선교, 죄의식으로부터 해방되고 자유하게 하는 선교, 원불교의 ‘싹틔우기 교육’에 대항하는 기독교의 ‘싹 틔우기’ 양육 선교, 원불교의 현세 중심 종교와 기독교의 현세와 내세의 천국 선교로서의 6가지를 제시하였다본 연구는 원불교의 신앙경험 과정을 분석하여 원불교인들을 향한 복음주의 선교 전략을 모색했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
This study is to explore the characteristics of faith experience and the process of adaptation of the people of Won Buddhism and suggest reformed life theological strategies of mission for them. The preliminary survey was conducted to 50 people and was validated by six experts in counseling and Christian mission. After reorganising the survey questions, the qualitative research of interviews to 20 people was conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, in oder to investigate the structure in the faith experience process of Won Buddhists, a paradigm model is introduced using 115 concepts, 41 subcategories, and 23 categories. Second, this study suggests reformed life theological strateges of mission for Won Buddhists' faith experiece. The life reformed theological strateges are six, which are mission of personal relationship, mission of love and care, mission of 'One circle' which is the principal doctrine of Won Buddhism, mission of the liberation from sin consciousness, mission of nurturing Christian faith, mission of valuing afterlife. This study is contributed to suggest the strategies from the Evangelical perspective for Won Buddhists by analyzing the process of faith experience.
