[연구목적]본 연구는 지식통합능력, 기술사업화 인텔리전스, 탐색적 및 활용적 혁신활동 및 기술사업화간의 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. [연구방법]지식통합능력, 기술사업화 인텔리전스, 탐색적 및 활용적 혁신활동과 기술사업화 성과와 관련된 선행연구를 검토하고 연구가설을 설정하였다. 설문조사는 전문리서치 회사에 의뢰하여 331명의 중소제조기업의 재직자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, SPSS 28와 Smart PLS 3.0으로 연구의 모형 및 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과]지식통합능력은 기술사업화 인텔리전스에 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 지식통합능력은 탐색적 및 활용적 혁신활동에 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술사업화 인텔리전스는 탐색적 및 활용적 혁신활동에 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 탐색적 및 활용적 혁신활동은 기술사업화 성과에 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]기존의 선행연구에서는 지식통합능력과 혁신활동 및 기업성과에 관한 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 본 연구를 통해 기술사업화 성과에는 지식통합능력과 기술사업화 인텔리전스 그리고 혁신활동이 중요하다는 것을 보여줌으로써 후속연구자들에게 관련 연구를 지속할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다는데 의의를 둘 수 있다.
[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence between knowledge integration capability, technology commercialization intelligence, exploratory and exploitative innovation activities, and technology commercialization. [Methodology]After reviewing related papers, this study established a research model and hypotheses. The questionnaire survey was conducted for employees of SMEs’ manufacturing companies. Its reliability and validity were tested by SPSS 28.0 and the research hypothesis were tested by and Smart PLS 3.0. for analysis. [Findings]It was found that knowledge integration capability has a positive effect on technology commercialization intelligence and innovation activities. Technology commercialization intelligence was found to have a positive effect on innovation activities. Innovative activities were found to have a positive effect on the performance of technology commercialization. [Implications]Knowledge integration capability, technology commercialization intelligence, and innovation activities are important for technology commercialization performance. A foundation was laid for subsequent researchers to continue related research.
