본 연구의 연구문제는 크게 세 가지로 제시할 수 있는 바, 먼저 경찰관들이 시민지향적 경찰활동에 대하여 어떠한 태도를 가지고 있는가를 분석한다. 둘째로, 시민으로부터의 사회적 지지와 경찰관의 자기정당성이 시민지향적경찰활동 태도와 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 특히 자기정당성이 사회적 지지와 시민지향적 경찰활동 태도 간의 관계에서 매개적인 영향을 미치는가를 검증하고자 한다. 셋째로, 상기의 분석결과를 바탕으로 경찰관의 시민지향적 경찰활동 태도를 강화하기 위한 정책방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 부산광역시 순찰지구대 및 파출소에 근무하고 있는 경찰관을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 시민지향적경찰활동 영향요인 간의 구조적 인과관계 분석을 실시하였다.
The research problem of this study can be presented in three main ways, and first, it analyzes how police officers perceive and evaluate citizen-oriented policing in local policing. Second, we will theoretically examine the factors influencing police officers' citizen-oriented policing attitude in local policing, and empirically analyze the relationship among social support and self-legitimacy, and citizen-oriented policing. In particular, it is intended to verify whether self-legitimacy has a mediating effect on the relationship between citizens' social support toward police and citizen-oriented policing attitude. Third, based on the above analysis results, I would like to propose a policy alternatives to further strengthen the citizen-oriented attitude of police officers in local policing. In order to analyze this research problems, this study conducted a survey of police officers of the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, and based on this, structural causal analysis between citizen-oriented policing and influencing factors was performed using a structural equation model.
