This study analyzes the current situation of using restaurant delivery apps among consumers with experience in using estaurant delivery apps in China, aiming to verify how the service quality(system and design, information and promotion) factors of food delivery app affect customer satisfaction and intention of continuous use. The results are as follows. The service quality(design quality, information quality, promotion quality) of the restaurant delivery app is intended for customer satisfaction and continuous use It was found to have a significant effect. Based on these research results, current study suggested practical implications that can be applied to restaurant managers in the growing delivery app market.
