본 연구는 IT혁신의지, 사용자저항 및 클라우드 전환의도 간의 관계를 분석하고자 IT부서의 직원 152명의 응답데이터를 사용하었다. 본 연구에서는 조직지원인지, 제도기반신뢰와 IT혁신의지와의 구조적 관계, IT혁신의지, IT역량과 사용자저항과의 구조적 관계, IT혁신의지, 사용자저항과 클라우드 전환의도와의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 PLS(부분최소제곱법)를 적용하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직지원인지와 클라우드의 제도기반신뢰는 IT혁신의지에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, IT혁신의지와 IT역량은 사용자저항에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, IT혁신의지는 클라우드 전환의도에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 하지만, 사용자저항은 클라우드 전환의도에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 따라서, 본 연구가 제시한 가설들은 모두 채택이 되었다. 본 연구가 제시한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 조직은 기술혁신을 위해 조직적 지원을 준비하고, 제도적 신뢰를 포함하는 클라우드 제공자를 선택해야 하며, IT역량을 강화하는 노력을 해야 한다. 이에 더해, 조직은 혁신 기술로 전환하는 과정에서 사용자저항을 줄일 수 있는 방안도 검토할 필요가 있다. 우리는 본 연구의 학술적 기여와 함께 클라우드 전환을 준비하는 기업들에 실질적인 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
This study explored the relationship between IT Innovation Willingness, User Resistance and Cloud Switching Intention using a sample of 152 employees(in the IT Department). In this study, we adopt the PLS(partial least square) for analyzing structural relationships 1) from Perceived Organization Support and Institution-based Trust of Cloud to IT Innovation Willingness, 2) from IT Innovation Willingness and IT Capabilities to User Resistance, 3) from IT Innovation Willingness and User Resistance to Cloud Switching Intention. We found results by empirical examination. First. Perceived Organization Support and Institution-based Trust in Cloud have positive effects on IT Innovation Willingness. Second, IT Innovation Willingness and IT Capabilities have negative effects on User Resistance. Third, IT Innovation Willingness have positive effects on Cloud Switching Intention. However, User Resistance have negative effects on Cloud Switching Intention. Therefore, the hypotheses we suggested in this study were accepted. The implications of this study are as follows. Organizations should prepare organizational support for technological innovation, select cloud providers including institutional trust, and make efforts to strengthen IT capabilities. In addition, it is necessary to consider ways to reduce user resistance in the process of switching to innovative technologies. Along with the academic contribution of this study, we expecting to provide practical implications to companies preparing for cloud transformation.
