목적 본 연구에서는 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생을 대상으로 온라인 실습교육과 임상실습교육을 적용하여 학생들의 간호과정 수행능력과 실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 경기도 소재 G시 소재 간호대학생 38명에게 온라인 실습교육, 임상실습교육을 적용하여 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계인 유사실험연구를 수행하였다. 자료수집기간은 2022년 3월 8일부터 4월 29일까지이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였고 가설검정은 Mann Whitney U-test로 분석하였다. 결과 온라인 실습교육과 임상실습교육의 효과를 검증한 결과 간호과정 수행능력의 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 실습만족도에서는온라인 실습교육(93.5±7.9점)이 임상실습교육(86.5±10.7)보다 유의하게 높아 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(z=-1.90, p=.057). 결론 본 연구 결과를 통하여 COVID-19와 같은 특수한 상황에서 온라인 실습교육이 간호대학생의 간호과정 수행능력 향상과 실습만족도를 높이는 것으로 확인되어 임상실습교육의 대안이 될 수 있는 것으로 판단된다.


Objectives This study was conducted to verify the effect on students' nursing process performance and practice satisfaction by applying online practice education and clinical practice education for nursing students in the COVID-19. Methods A quasi-experimental study, a design before and after an inequality control group, was conducted by applying online practice education and clinical practice education to 38 nursing students located in G city, Gyeonggi-do. The data collection period is from March 8 to April 29, 2022. For the collected data, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation of the general characteristics of subjects were calculated using the SPSS 24.0 program, and the hypothesis test was analyzed by Mann Whitney U-test. Results As a result of verifying the effectiveness of online practice education and clinical practice education, there was no difference in nursing process performance. However, in terms of practice satisfaction, online practice education(93.5±7.9) was significantly higner than clinical practice education(86.5±10.7), indicating that there was a difference(z=-1.90, p=.057). Conclusions Through the results of this study, it is confirmed that online practice education in special circumstances such as COVID-19 improves nursing process performance improvement and practice satisfaction of nursing students, and it is judged that it can be an alternative to clinical practical education.
