In light of the characteristics of social economy and community business of fishing village, this study analyzed the specific contents of experiential fishing village's business activity through the framework of creating shared value (CSV) activities from the ESG perspective and examined the impact on sense of community and performance. In addition, a model was developed and empirically analyzed to measure the mediating effect of sense of community in the relationship between CSV activities from the ESG perspective and performance of experiential fishing village. This study targeted a small community organization called the experiential fishing villages, unlike the existing ESG research that targeted large-scale organizations such as corporations and public institutions, and focused on the performance felt by the residents of the experiential fishing villages, whereas previous studies mainly focused on improving the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors.
