本稿はいわゆる「雄略伝誦歌」と呼ばれる『万葉集』の巻頭歌に現れる歌劇的要素を追究したものである。「雄略伝誦歌」は万葉集の巻頭歌ということで多様な研究が行われたがほとんどは文献学的方法から出発した注釈的研究に基づいて天皇制の正当化を提高するための国歌賛美や王位継承の当為を説明するのに片寄った感がある。本稿はこのような研究方法とは別の視覚を持ち、詩歌の効用性の拡大という意味から雄略伝承歌の歌劇的要素を追究することに焦点を合わせた。 本稿では「雄略伝誦歌」を精緻に分析して当歌が日本の古代社会において頻繁に行われた宴席の場で上演されたような要素を含んでいることを確認したうえ、実際宴席の場でどのような形で披露されたかを想定してみた。
This dissertation is designed to discover dramatic element in Yuraku’s song in the first song of Manyoshu. Compared to the prevailing commentary study of Manyoshu, the researcher of this study approaches with dramatic elements in Yuraku’s song in seeking increasing the utility of songs. After detail survey of current studies, the researcher tried to suggest answers for the current arguments on this study. Through this process, dramatic elements in Yuraku’s song are discovered. In the context of wedding propose, Yuraku’s dignity and humorous characteristic effectively shows its dramatic characteristics of the song. Yuraku’s song was possibly played in banquets where the most popular place for performance in ancient time of Japan. Based on this fact, the researcher assumes and tracks the forms of mono-dramatic played in context of banquets.
