인공지능 기술발전이 가속화되면서 인간의 창작과 예술 영역에 AI의 형태가 다양하게 진화하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 혁신적 변화가 창작의 본질 왜곡, 창작자의 입지 우려 등 새로운 위협요인으로 작용함에 따라 선제적 대응을 마련하기 위해 시작되었으며, 창작자와 인공지능이 공존할 수 있는 지속가능한 미래비전 시나리오를 융복합적인 관점에서 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 백캐스팅 관점과 미래 디자인 프로세스 모델을 바탕으로 미래연구를 이행하였으며, 창작자와 이해관계자를 대상으로 공동디자인 워크숍을 수행하여 미래상을 수립하고, 그 실행안을 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 창작자를 위한 AI 노먼 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 둘째, 퍼소나 중심의 AI 노먼 활용 2035년 미래비전 시나리오를 제시하였다. 셋째, 미래비전 시나리오가 구현될 수 있는 시스템적 방향성으로써 인공 지능 윤리적·법적 체계 마련, 인공지능 교육 체계 활성화, 인공지능 활용 창작에 대한 지원 확대를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 창작자와 이해관계자의 참여를 기반으로 바람직한 미래비전을 함께 탐색, 개발과 검증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 또한, 이는 다양한 이해 주체의 니즈를 실제 반영하여 AI 아티스트 확장에 대응하는 미래 시나리오의 가이드라인을 제시한 것으로 향후 차세대 창작 AI 플랫폼 서비스 개발부터 인공지능 중장기 정책 마련까지 실무적, 정책적 의의로 연결될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
As a development of AI(artificial intelligence) accelerates, AI’ forms are evolving in various ways in the field of human creation and art. This study was initiated to prepare a preemptive response as these innovative changes act as new threats such as a distortion of the nature of creation, concerns about the location of creators, and aims to propose a sustainable future vision scenario where creators and AI can coexist from a convergent perspective. Therefore, this paper implemented future research based on a backcasting perspective and the future design process model, and established a future vision and evaluated its implementation plan by conducting a co-design workshop for creators and stakeholders. As a result of the study, First, an AI Norman platform for creators was developed. Second, the future vision scenario for 2035 using AI Norman centered on persona was presented. Third, as a systematic direction in which future vision scenarios can be realized, we proposed to prepare an ethical and legal system for AI, activate an AI education system, and to expand support for creation using AI. This study constitutes a theoretical contribution in that it explored, developed, and verified a desirable future vision based on a participation of creators and stakeholders. In addition, it presents guidelines for the future scenarios that respond to the expansion of AI artists by reflecting the needs of various stakeholders, and is expected to lead to practical and policy significance from the development of next-generation creative AI platform services to mid- and long-term policies for AI.
