관광상품은 직접 소비 전까지는 어떠한 경험도 할 수 없다는 특성 때문에 관광목적지에서 발생하는 위험과 같은 불확실성이 증가할수록 방문객의 의사결정에 미치는 영향도 커질 수밖에 없다. 이 연구에서는 관광목적지의 지각된 위험이 관광지이미지에 미치는 영향과 이에 따른 행동의도를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 지각된 위험이 관광지이미지와 구매의도, 전환의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 관광지이미지가 구매의도와 전환의도에 대한 영향을 파악하였다. 설문조사는 COVID-19의 영향으로 2019년 1월부터 12월까지 해외여행을 경험자를 대상으로 2021년 10월 4일부터 10월 24일까지 3주간 온라인으로 진행하였다. 관광목적지 방문객이 인식하는 지각된 위험 중 물리적, 사회적, 심리적 위험은 관광지이미지, 구매의도, 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 재무적 위험은 전환의도에 대해서만 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 관광목적지를 추가하는데 비용의 증가가 고려된 결과이다. 또한, 관광목적지에 대한 이미지는 구매의도에는 영향을 주지만, 전환의도에서는 영향을 확인할 수 없었다. 이러한 결과에 대해 관광업계는 방문객이 관광목적지를 전환하는데 시간이나 비용 등이 발생한다는 점에서 큰 위험이 지각되지 않는 이상 앞서 결정된 곳을 구매한다는 점을 인식하고 이에 따른 관광전략을 수립해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the hotel organizations’ ethical management on their view points about chef’s professional ethics on individual and organizational level, and to verify the influence relationship in which their professional ethics formed this way leads to their organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, chef’s professional ethics was shown to have effects on their organizational citizenship behavior on the individual level, and their professional ethics on the individual level was found to have a relatively greater effect on their organizational citizenship behavior than their professional ethics on the organizational level; and their professional ethics on the individual level was found to have effects also on their organizational citizenship behavior on the organizational level. In addition, chef’s organizational citizenship behavior on the individual level was found to have effects on their organizational citizenship behavior on the organizational level. Implications were presented for promoting chef’s awareness about professional ethics and for sustainable growth through their organizational citizenship behavior by means of analyzing the effects of hotel organizations’ ethical management on their professional ethics and the causal relationship between their professional ethics and their organizational citizenship behavior on the basis of these study results.
