대마도종가문서 조선통신사 기록물 중에 集書라는 말이 표제에 처음으로 들어간 것이 제6차 을미통신사 기록 중의 「信使來聘記 萬集書」이었고 제7차 임술통신사 기록 중의 「御內所集書」, 「重而可用集書」는 대외비밀문서라는 평가를 받은 바 있다. 필자는 대마도종가문서 조선통신사 기록 중에 제8차 신묘통신사 기록부터 『(연호)信使記錄』이라는 표제로 작성된 일련의 조선통신사 기록이 아닌 그 외의 「信使集書」가 존재하는 것을 알게 되어, 제10차 무진통신사 기록인 『延享信使記錄』에 수록된 「信使集書」과 그 외의 「信使集書」를 본고에서는 분석하였다. 살펴본 사료는 『延享信使記錄』에 수록된 「信使前御國集書」, 「信使以後江戶集書」 그리고 「信使以後御國集書」 총 5책, 그 외에 「20책 信使集書」, 「信使集書御留守御國」 그리고 「江戶扣 信使集書 番外」이다. 모두 信使前과 信使以後로 나누어지며, 통신사를 맞이하는 준비 및 사후처리에 관한 기록으로서, 『天和信使記錄』의 集書와는 전혀 다른 기록물이라는 결론을 얻었다. 그 중에서 「20책 信使集書」는, 통신사를 호행하는 奉行方과 번주 측 御供方이 여정을 통해 막부의 지시대로 임무를 수행하도록 하는 임무 지침서로 지참한 「奉行方書拔」과 「御供方書拔」이 작성된 1차 사료인 것이 밝혀졌고, 또한 「延享信使記錄7･8･9･13･14･15･16･17･18･19건･ 20곤･21･22･23･24･27･36」도 「20책 信使集書」를 사항별로 분류하여 작성된 것으로 밝혀지면서,「20책 信使集書」는 『延享信使記錄』의 기초 문서임이 확인이 되었다.
Among the records of the Chosun Tongshinsa, the first recorded use of the word atsumegaki(集書) in the title was 「Shinsiraiheiki yorozu atsumegaki (信使來聘記 萬集書)」 in the 6th Eulmi Tongshinsa. And 「gonaisyo atsumegaki(御內所集書)」, 「kasanete mochiubeku atsumegaki(重而可用集書)」 in the 7th Imsul Tongshinsa Records has been evaluated as a confidential document. Then, it was discovered that among the records of the Chosun Tongshinsa in the Tsushima Souke Documents, there were other "Shinmyo Tongshinsa" records, other than the series of records of the Chosun Tongshinsa, which were written under the title of 『Records of [Japanese era name] Tongshinsa』. This paper analyzes the 「Shinsi atsumegaki(信使集書)」 and the other 「Shinsi atsumegaki」 included in 『Records of Enkyo Tongsinsa』. The historical materials I looked at include a total of 5 books － 「Shinsi izen okuni atsumegaki(信使以前御國集書)」, 「Shinsi igo edo atsumegaki(信使以後江戶集書)」 and 「Shinsi igo okuni atsumegaki(信使以後御國集書)」 － in 『Records of Enkyo Tongsinsa』, and not in 『Records of Enkyo Tongsinsa』 are 「20 Books Shinsi atsumegaki」, 「Shinsi atsumegaki onkusu okuni(信使集書御留守御國)」 and 「Edo hikae Shinsi atsumegaki bangai(江戶扣 信使集書番外)」. All are divided into before Tongshinsa and after Tongshinsa, and it is concluded that this is a record of preparations for receiving the Tongshinsa and post-processing, which is completely different from atsumegaki(集書) in 『Records of Tenna(天和) Tongshinsa』. As a result, I can find that 「20 Books Shinsi atsumegaki」 are the first historical material for 「Bugyogata kakinuki(奉行方書拔)」 and 「Otomogata kakinuki(御供方書拔)」. Also I can find that 『Records of Enkyo Tongshinsa 7･8･9･13･14･15･16･17･18･19kan･20gon･21･22･23･24･27･36』 was also found to have been written by classifying 「20 Books Shinsi atsumegaki」 by item. So I confirmed that 「20 Books Shinsi atsumegaki」 is the basic document of 『Records of Enkyo Tongshinsa』.
