연구 목적: 본 연구는 학생간호사를 대상으로 인문학적 소양이 의사소통능력과 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 전남 D대학 간호학에 재학 중이면서 인문학개론 강의를 수강하고 있는 198명을 연구 대상으로 선정하고, 2022년 6월 10일에 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 프로그램을 이용해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 인문학적 소양이 의사소통능력과 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 결론 및 제언: 인문학적 소양은 의사소통능력과 학업적 자기효능감에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인문학적 소양, 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감은 예비 간호사가 간호사로 성장하는데 필요한 핵심 역량이다. 따라서 학생간호사들이 인문학적 소양을 중심으로 의사소통능력과 학업적 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있도록 이를 교육과정과 연계하는 방안을 검토해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of humanistic style on communication ability and academic self-efficacy of preregistered nurses. 198 students who were attending nursing at D university in Jeonnam were selected as subjects for the study. Data were collected through a survey on June 10, 2022, and data were analyzed using SPSS program. The effects of humanistic literacy on communication ability and academic self-efficacy were analyzed. Humanistic literacy had a significant positive effect on communication ability and academic self-efficacy. Humanistic literacy, communication skills, and academic self-efficacy are the core competencies needed for pre-service nurses to grow into nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the ways to link them with the curriculum so that the pre-service nurses can strengthen communication ability and academic self-efficacy centering on humanistic literacy.
