In this study, the influence relationship between medical service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer citizenship behavior was investigated. This study was collected through a face-to-face survey from October 1, 2021 to February 1, 2022 for customers who used beauty plastic surgery medical institutions in Busan. Of a total of 290 questionnaires, 280 questionnaires were finally used, excluding 10 questions that were answered faithfully. The results of the study are as follows. First, physical environment quality, interaction quality, and outcome quality had a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on customer citizenship behavior. Therefore, efforts should be made to satisfy customers and lead to customer citizenship behavior through high-quality medical services.
