The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship between green HRM of a hotel, green awareness, green organizational climate, and green citizenship behavior. This survey was conducted from May 15 to May 30, 2022 for 15 days, sample target working in green hotels that actively carry out eco-friendly packages were selected. The hotels selected nine hotels that actively carry out eco-friendly packages among global chain hotels certified by LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) that employees can recognize as eco-friendly hotels. Specifically, the hotel's packages include 'Earth Save Green', 'Sustainable Journeys', 'Green Stay', and 'Spring Greenity'. The consequences of this research is presented as follows: basic data for strategic human resource management were presented by confirming the influence relationship between green human resource management and employee behavior.
