This study aims to determine the correct planning intention of the festival, professionalism of contents, and operation and management of the festival based on the results of a satisfaction survey conducted for local residents and tourists who visited the 7th Light Festival in Haeundae-gu, Busan, held in February 2021. To summarize the overall review of the 7th Haeundae Light Festival in 2021, first, the evaluation related to the festival contents was rated at 6.21 points out of 7, which is 0.26 points lower than the 6th Haeundae Light Festival. Second, the evaluation of the festival's contribution to regional development was evaluated to be 6.22 out of 7, which was 0.28 points lower than that of the 6th Haeundae Light Festival. Third, the evaluation of the festival's operation and management was rated at 6.11 out of 7, down 0.23 points from the 6th Haeundae Light Festival. Fourth, overall satisfaction with the festival was evaluated as 6.23 out of 7. In general, the Haeundae Light Festival is well-known due to the fact that it is held as a competitive festival with high satisfaction every year.
