본 연구는 교사의 『2019 개정 누리과정』에 대한 인식과 실행수준 간의 관계에서 교사효능감과 교사민감성의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 수도권 지역유치원과 어린이집의 만 3~5세 유아 담당 교사 241명이다. 연구대상 교사가 『2019 개정 누리과정』에 대한 인식과 실행수준, 교사효능감에 대한 설문지를 작성하였으며, 동료교사가 연구대상 교사의 민감성을 평정하였다. 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램과 Process Macro 4.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 개정 누리과정 실행수준은 개정 누리과정 인식과 교사효능감, 교사민감성과 유의한 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 교사의 개정 누리과정 인식과 실행수준 간의 관계에서 교사효능감의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 교사효능감과 개정 누리과정 실행수준 간의 관계에서 교사민감성의 조절효과가 나타났다. 마지막으로 교사의 개정 누리과정에 대한 인식과 실행수준 간의 관계에서 교사효능감의 매개효과는 교사민감성에 의해 조절되었다. 본 연구는 교사들이 개정누리과정을 효율적으로 실행할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of teachers’ efficacy and sensitivity in the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of the 2019 Nuri curriculum and their practice level. The subjects were 241 teachers of children aged 3 to 5 in kindergartens and child care centers in the metropolitan area. Teachers filled out questionnaires about their perceptions and practice level of the 2019 Nuri curriculum and teacher efficacy scale, and fellow teachers rated the teacher sensitivity scale. The SPSS 23.0 program and the Process Macro 4.0 program were used for the analysis of data. The main research results were as follows. First, the teachers’ practice level of the revised Nuri curriculum showed a significant positive correlation with the perception of the curriculum, teacher efficacy, and teacher sensitivity. Second, there was a partial mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the relationship between teachers’ perception of the curriculum and the level of operation. Third, the moderating effect of teacher sensitivity was found in the relationship between teacher efficacy and the practice level of the curriculum. Finally, the mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of the curriculum and the practice level was moderated by the teacher’s sensitivity level. This study is expected to be used as data to support teachers to efficiently operate the revised Nuri curriculum in the field of early childhood education.
