본 연구의 목적은 호텔운영시스템의 특성이 직무만족과 지각된 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하 고자 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 호텔운영시스템의 특성을 효율성, 안정성, 수익성, 편리성, 유지성으로 제시하였고, 제시된 변수 간의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 더불어 로컬호텔과 국제호텔로 구별되는 호텔 유형 이 본 연구에서 제시된 직무만족에 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 호텔운영시스템을 사용한 경험이 있는 종사원 313명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 빈도분석, 타당 성 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석을 통하여 측정항목의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한 가설검 증을 위해 구조방정식 모형분석과 동질성 검증을 실시하였으며, 이 과정에서 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 제시한 호텔운영시스템의 특성 중 효율 성, 수익성, 편리성, 유지성이 직무만족에 긍정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 지각 된 직무성과에 강한 긍정적(+)영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 셋째, 본 연구모형에서 로컬호텔과 국제 호텔로 구분되는 호텔 유형은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력을 보이지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of hotel operating system characteristics on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Based on previous studies, efficiency, stability, profitability, con- venience, and maintenance were presented as sub-factors of hotel operating system characteristics, and the relationship between the presented variables was verified. This study also aimed to identify whether the difference in the proposed associations exists across local hotels and international hotels. To achieve the objective of this study, an online survey was conducted on employees who have experience using the hotel operating system, and 313 significant data observations were secured. An empirical analysis was conducted via frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. For the empirical analysis, fre- quency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed. First, findings from the structural analysis revealed that efficiency, profitability, convenience, and maintenance were associated with job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction was significantly associated with perceived job performance. Third, the results from the invariance test showed that there was not a significant difference between local hotels and international hotels. Based on the research results of this study, practical implications were presented.
