목적 최근 아동⋅청소년의 인권 및 행복의 중요성이 부각되는 가운데, 우리나라 청소년이 다른 나라 청소년에 비해 행복감이 현저히낮은 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 청소년이 행복을 무엇이라고 생각하는지, 또 어떤 상황에서 행복감을 느끼는지에 대해밝혀내는 것은 차후 그들의 행복을 위한 개입의 기초를 마련한다는 점에서 매우 중요한 일이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고등학생이 행복하다고 느끼는 것에 대한 귀인요인이 무엇인지 알아보는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 충청남도 소재에 있는 고등학생을 대상으로 하여 문항을 수집하기 위한 개방형 질문 형식의설문을 실시하였다. 설문을 통해 행복한 이유와 행복하지 않은 이유에 대한 예비문항이 수집되었고, 문항적절성 평가를 거쳐 행복귀인 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 고등학생 193명을 대상으로 행복 귀인 검사를 실시한 자료를 통계로 주제 분석과 요인분석을 통해결과를 산출하였다. 결과 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 첫째, 주제 분석 결과에 의해 고등학생들은 행복의 귀인을 가족요인, 친구관계, 이성교제, 개인특성, 능력, 노력, 생활만족의 7가지 요인에 귀인 시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 90개의 행복 진술을 문항적절성 평가를 거쳐 요인분석을실시한 결과에서는 가족요인, 개인특성, 생활만족, 자기능력, 친구관계의 총 5요인으로 분석되었다. 결론 본 연구는 청소년기에 느끼는 행복감은 청소년이 자아정체감을 획득하고 자신의 내적 성장을 이끌어내어 올바른 성인으로 성장하는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 점에서 청소년의 행복과 관련된 연구로서 그 의의를 갖는다. 또한 주제 분석 방법에서 밝혀진 분류가타당한지에 대해 요인분석을 통하여 구체적으로 분석함으로써 행복의 요인을 체계적으로 밝히려 했다는 점에서 의미 있는 연구라고볼 수 있다.
Objectives Recently, while the importance of human rights and happiness of children and adolescents has been highlighted, it is reported that Korean adolescents have a significantly lower sense of happiness compared to adolescents from other countries. In such a situation, it is very important to find out what the youth thinks of happiness and in what circumstances they feel it is very important in that it lays the basis for interventions for their happiness in the future. Therefore, in this study, the purpose of this study was to find out what the factors attributing happiness to high school students were. Methods To achieve the purpose of this study, an open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted to collect questions from high school students located in Chungcheongnam-do. Preliminary questions about the reasons for happiness and unhappiness were collected through the questionnaire, and a test tool for happiness attribution was developed through item relevance evaluation. Results The results obtained in this study are first, according to the thematic analysis results, high school students attribute happiness to seven factors: family factor, friendship, relationship with the opposite sex, personal characteristics, ability, effort, and life satisfaction. Second, as a result of factor analysis of 90 happiness statements through item relevance evaluation, a total of five factors were analyzed: family factor, personal characteristics, life satisfaction, self-efficacy, and friendship. Conclusions This study has significance as a study related to the happiness of adolescents in that the sense of happiness felt during adolescence plays an important role in helping adolescents acquire a sense of identity and lead their own inner growth to grow into correct adults. In addition, it can be seen as a meaningful study in that it tried to systematically elucidate the factors of happiness by analyzing the validity of the classification revealed in the subject analysis method through factor analysis in detail.
