보훈단체 이 연구는 보훈단체에서의 보훈복지사업 활성화를 위한 제대군인의 참여와 제대군인지원정책 연 계 방안을 모색을 목적으로 한다. 보훈단체에 대한 지원 정책은 보훈에 관한 국민적 공감 확산, 회원참여 활성화와 건전한 운영을 위한 예우 지원으로 추진되고 있다. 보훈단체의 현황을 파악하 고 발전 방안을 강구하기 위하여 보훈단체의 제도적 근거 및 운영 실태를 분석하였으며, 중증 장 애인기업 등 유사 지원 정책을 고찰함으로써 새로운 일자리 창출 및 보훈단체의 회원과 가족, 제 대군인의 참여 확대를 위한 보훈단체 운영의 중장기 혁신 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 보훈복지 거버넌스의 과제로 보훈단체의 효율적 운영과 책임성 강화를 위하여 회원과 회원 가족의 참여 및 제대군인지원정책의 연계로 맞춤형 일자리 및 사회공헌 교육사업 개발 등을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study is to find a way to connect veterans' participation and support policies for veterans to revitalize veterans' welfare programs in veterans' organizations. The support policy for veterans' organizations is being promoted by spreading national sympathy for veterans, activating member participation and providing courtesy support for sound operation. In order to understand the current status of veterans' organizations and come up with development plans, the institutional basis and operation of the veterans' organizations were analyzed, and by examining similar support policies such as companies with severe disabilities, it was possible to create new jobs and expand the participation of members, families, and veterans of the veterans' organizations. It was intended to derive mid- to long-term innovation plans for veterans' organizations. To this end, as a task of the veterans welfare governance, it was suggested to develop customized jobs and social contribution education projects through the participation of members and their families and linkage with the veterans support policy in order to enhance the effective operation and accountability of the veterans' organizations.
