본 연구는 20대 대선시기 유보통합에 대한 사회적 담론이 담겨있는 뉴스 기사 전문을 네트워크 분석방법을 통해 밀도 있게 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 데이터 수집, 추출 및 정제, 자료분석, 시각화, 해석으로 이루어진 일련의 절차를 이행하였다. 유보통합 관련 키워드의 빈도분석 결과, 검색어를 제외하고 유치원, 어린이집, 교육, 후보, 교육부 순으로 나타났고, 해당 이해 당사자 관련 내용과 대통령 선거 관련 내용, 정책 추진 방향 관련 요인으로 나타났다. 유보통합에 대한 네트워크 분석 결과 모든 키워드들이 매우 촘촘하게 연결되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 20대 대선 시기 유보통합 관련 사회적 담론의 요소와 핵심 개념 간 의미 관계를 도출한 것으로 추후 실행될 유보통합의 정책에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
This study was intended to examine the full text of news articles containing social discourse on integration of ECEC during the presidential election in the 20s through a network analysis method. To this end, a series of procedures consisting of data collection, extraction and purification, data analysis, visualization, and interpretation were implemented. As a result of analyzing the frequency of keywords related to integration of ECEC, excluding search terms, kindergarten, daycare center, education, candidate, and the Ministry of Education were found in the order, and the relevant stakeholder-related content, presidential election-related content, and policy direction-related factors were found. As a result of network analysis on integration of ECEC, it was found that all keywords are very closely connected. These results derived the semantic relationship between elements and core concepts of social discourse related to integration of ECEC during the 20th presidential election, and may provide meaningful implications for the policy of integration of ECEC to be implemented in the future.
