이 연구는 1920년대 반기독교운동에 대한 양균묵의 대응을 통해 중국 기독교계의 변화된 모습을 살펴보고, 나아가 현재 사회의 이질성 문제에 대해 생각해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 당시 기독교계의 대표적 대응이었던 양균묵의 상반된 두 개의 글을 분석하였다. 두 글의 분석 결과 양균묵은 초기의 감정적 대립에서 벗어나 점차 국민혁명 속에서 반기독교운동을 객관적으로 바라보고자 했다. 양균묵은 반기독교운동 기간에 중국에서 기독교가 행한 여러 행태들에 대해 성찰하고 반성하는 기회도 갖게 되었다. 양균묵의 변화된 대응 모습은 현재 사회에서 이질성과의 공존에 대한 해법의 하나가 될 수 있을 것이며, 향후 반기독교운동에 대한 다른 기독교계 인물들의 대응을 연구한다면 중국 기독교계의 전체적인 변화 모습을 볼 수 있을 것이다.
This study examines the changes of Christianity in China through the response of Liangjunmo for the anti-Christian movement of the 1920s, while examining the problems of heterogeneity in the present society. For this, the two contrasting writings of Liangjunmo, which was a representative response of the Christian circles at the time, were analyzed. Upon analyzing the two writings, it gradually moved away from the emotional opposition in the early stages to see the anti-Christian movement in a more objective fashion amidst nationalist revolution. Liangjunmo also had the opportunity for introspection and reflection on the various behaviors of Christianity in China during the anti-Christian movement. The changing response of Liangjunmo may serve as a solution for the heterogeneity and coexistence of the present society. By conducing research on the response of other Christian figures regarding the anti-Christian movement in the future, it will be possible to examine the comprehensive changes of Christianity in China.
