본 연구는 Super의 진로발달단계에 따라 소명과 진로 관련 변인의 국내 연구 동향을 분석하고, 진로상담에서의 적용과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이와 관련하여 2010년부터 2021년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 총 70편의 논문을 대상으로 연도, 연구 방법, 측정도구, 소명과 관련된 진로발달단계별 진로 관련 변인을 중심으로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 소명과 진로 관련 변인에 관한 연구는 2015년도를 기점으로 3년간 활발하게 이루어졌으나 최근에는 감소하는 추세이며, 연구 방법에서는 양적 연구가 대다수를 차지하였다. 연구대상이 탐색기와 확립기에 해당하는 고등학생, 대학생에 집중되어 있는 반면, 성장기와 쇠퇴기 연령층에 대한 연구는 거의 없었다. 진로 관련 변인은 진로 태도, 진로 결정, 진로 적응, 개인 내적 영역으로 다양하였고, 단계에 따라 진로 관련 변인에 차이가 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 진로상담에서 소명을 어떻게 다뤄야 하는지 논의하고, 추후 전 생애에 걸친 소명 관련 연구에 대한 방향을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the domestic research trends of calling and variables related career according to Super’s career development stages, and to present applications in career counseling and future research directions. The study analyzed total of 70 papers published in domestic journals from 2010 to 2021 based on year, research method, measurement tool, and various variables related with calling according to the career development stages. As a result of the study, research on calling and career related variables was actively conducted for three years starting in 2015, but recently it has been on the decline, and quantitative research accounted for the majority of research methods. The majority of research subjects on calling were mainly high school and college students in the state of exploration and establishment. However, there were few studies for growth-stage and disengagement-stage people. The variables studied in calling research in Korea were career attitude, career decision, career adaptation, and individual inner areas, and they differed according to the stages. The findings were discussed in terms of how to deal with calling in career counseling, and suggested directions for further studies for roles of calling across people’s lives.
