· 연구 주제: 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습공동체의 과제지속행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. · 연구 배경: 학습공동체에서 나타날 수 있는 협력적 환경에 대한 논의를 토대로 관련 변인을 선정하고 영향력을 분석하는 것이 필요하다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 온라인 환경에서 8주 동안의 자율적 협력학습을 수행하고, 학습활동으로 인해 나타날 수 있는 학습효과를 검증하였다. · 연구방법: 학습공동체에 참여한 272명의 학생을 대상으로 협력적 자기효능감, 학습전략, 내재적 동기, 과제지속행동을 측정하여 협력학습의 효과를 분석하였다. · 연구결과: 협력적 자기효능감, 학습전략, 내재적 동기 모두 과제지속행동에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 학습공동체에서 과제지속행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 요인 중 협력적 자기효능감이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 온라인 협력학습 환경에서 학생들의 과제지속행동에 영향을 미치는 변인을 선정하여 분석했다는 점에 의의가 있다.


· Research topics: This study analyzed the factors affecting the task continuation behavior of the online learning community. · Research background: Self-efficacy for group work, learning strategy, and intrinsic motivation that can appear in the learning community were selected as variables and their influence on task persistence was analyzed. · Differences from prior research: The effect on learning activities in the online environment was verified. · Research method: Learning activities for 8 weeks were conducted for 272 students who participated in the online learning community at K University in Chungcheongbuk-do, and after the learning activities were completed, a survey was conducted to verify influence. · Research results: it was found that self-efficacy for group work, learning strategy, and intrinsic motivation all had a positive effect on task persistence. Also, it was confirmed that self-efficacy for group work had the greatest influence among the factors that positively influencing task persistence in the online learning community. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study is meaningful in that it selected and analyzed the variables that affect the task persistence of students who participated in the online learning community. Thereafter, it is necessary to intensify the study by additionally considering specific strategies to increase the sense of reality of learning in the online learning community.
