This study analyzed the effect of job insecurity on students' job preparation behavior due to the influence of COVID-19, and verified whether job insecurity also acts as a parameter for career diversification acceptance. The collected data were descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, job anxiety, career diversity acceptance, and job preparation behavior had a positive (+) effect on each other, and career diversity acceptance also had a mediating effect on the relationship between job anxiety and job preparation behavior. The results of this study suggest that it is important for students to develop careers and prepare for employment to minimize job insecurity through professional job preparation, such as professional professor guidance, responsible university role, and student's own development.
