This study analyzed the effects of college life satisfaction of college graduates majoring in tourism on happiness after graduation with job satisfaction as a mediator. Using The Graduates Mobility Survey (GOMS) 2019 and the subjects of this survey were 304 people who graduated from tourism majors. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, college life satisfaction has an effect on happiness. Second, major satisfaction has an effect on job satisfaction but satisfaction of school facility environments did not have an effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction showed mediating effects in the relationship between major satisfaction and well-being and the positive emotion of happiness. Fourth, job satisfaction has an effect on the well-being and the positive emotion of happiness. Therefore, The college life satisfaction of college graduates of tourism-related majors has been proven to be a very important factor that not only enhances happiness but also increases job satisfaction.
